How your information is handled
Last updated July 2026
This page explains what Germain Aoun Career Coaching collects, how it is used, and the control you have over it. It is written to be clear, not exhaustive legalese. If anything is unclear, reach Germain through the contact form.
What is collected
- Your account details: first name, last name (optional), and email.
- The answers you give in the assessment.
- A résumé, only if you choose to upload one. It is optional.
- A record of any purchase, handled by our payment processor.
- Basic website analytics: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, and time on page.
How it is used
Your information is used to generate your career report and so that Germain can support you. If you opt in, he may contact you about your assessment or coaching. Your data is never sold, and never shared for advertising.
Website analytics
To improve the site, we collect privacy-respecting analytics about how it is used: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, how far pages are scrolled, and time on page. Some of this runs first-party on our own systems; we may also use a privacy-focused analytics processor (PostHog) for aggregate usage insights and session diagnostics. Analytics are never sold or shared for advertising, and behavior is tied to your account only when you are signed in.
Your résumé
If you upload a résumé, it is stored securely, visible only to Germain, and never shared or shown in marketing. You consent before anything is uploaded, and you can request its deletion at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe, not stored on this site.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can ask to delete your account and your data at any time through the contact form, and it will be removed.
